To place an order, simply select the item, style and quantity of the product that you're wanting to purchase and click on the 'Add to Cart' button.
When you're finished shopping click on the 'Check Out' tab and you'll be taken to the Payment page to finalise your purchase.

Orders will despatch from our Perth, WA warehouse within 5 business days from the time that payment is received.

Payment & Shipping

Payments are made through PayPal. If you wish to organise payment through Direct Deposit, please select offline payments and you will receive the bank details in your confirmation email.

All small items with $2.95 postage cost are sent through regular, untracked mail.
All larger parcels, or any item over 20mm thickness, are sent Australia Post trackable satchels.

Returns & Refunds

Returns will only be issued in instance of incorrect or faulty merchandise.
Please choose carefully as no refunds for change of mind will be accepted.
For all returns, please contact us first. 
Replacement of the product or refund of the initial purchase price will be issued on return of the product/s back to Chewz


IMPORTANT: while we pride ourselves on supplying items of the highest quality - and some items come with safety testing done on them as component parts - this does NOT imply that when used as component parts in a toy that it will automatically pass mandatory safety testing. It is up to YOU to ensure that whatever you make follows the strict mandatory safety standards.
